Hello everyone,
A fresher in civil industry suffers a lot to get in to the field;reason is LAKE OF AWARENESS.
other engineering branches are so much popular that non engineer can also tell you, what to do after Engineering, they have so much option in front of them that they do not need to think about it.whereas in civil industry freshers are not aware about trends, they do not even know how to start their career.
the one who is just passed out after completing graduation, should explore him/her self, for the appropriate job profile which matches your caliber/skills/attitude/interest. yes you read correct INTEREST. Graduate one should explore his/her self before starting career. many graduate believe in following those people who are well established in the same industry where he/she is going to be,which is not the wrong. My point is, the ERA is changed things are changing now.In this ERA, people believe in maximum output with the best quality in least investment.
so in my future post i will guide freshers or i should say the future engineers as much as i can.
